Article 1: Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites of the Berliose company network. A “customer” is defined as any natural or legal person placing an order with the Berliose company via our secure payment platform, by check, or in cash.

Article 1 bis: Age Limitation
Age restrictions apply: Berliose company only accepts customers over 16 years of age (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years of age (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We make every effort to restrict access to our websites, products, and services to minors. Although the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database upon our knowledge. Similarly, any customer not meeting these criteria will be promptly refunded, and the return of the concerned product(s) will be required.

Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a website owned by the Berliose company implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (at the French VAT rate of 20%), excluding shipping and order processing fees. The prices of items may be changed at any time. However, the rate applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can make payments by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of France must be international credit cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is carried out through Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted using state-of-the-art software and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee of the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provided during your order (therefore, please pay particular attention to the accuracy of the address you enter, especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date the ordered products leave our premises. However, in the case of a lost package, we will do our best to ensure that you still receive your product or are refunded as per your warranty.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. We declare all our files to the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties. By agreeing to these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read our privacy policy and consent to us collecting and using this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers regarding products published by the company NAME or other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply click on the link at the end of our emails.
